Mindful Little Minds Psychology operates through a secure online clinic providing high quality psychology and coaching services directly to parents of children aged 0-12. There is a growing body of evidence to suggest that online therapy is just as effective as face to face sessions, and I am confident that we can achieve great things together working via this platform. Not only that, online sessions are convenient and offer flexibility and ease for you as a busy parent of young children, allowing you to access a professional service from the comfort of your own home.

Your privacy is of the highest importance to me, which is why all online forms and information storage are encrypted, and our telehealth sessions will be conducted via a secure videoconferencing system that also provides end to end encryption.


How do online sessions work?

Online sessions are conducted through a secure video chat platform called VSee. This platform works in a similar way to Zoom, but with end to end encryption to ensure your privacy at all times. To access online sessions you will need:

– A computer, laptop, tablet or phone with a camera, microphone and speaker

– A quiet, private place to talk where you feel comfortable and will not be interrupted. I do not recommend children attend parent coaching sessions, although of course I understand that as a mother, you will sometimes need to attend to the needs of a child during these calls.

-A fast and reliable internet connection.

Prior to your appointment you will be sent a link to access your session. At your scheduled appointment time you will simply click on the link to be connected to Sarah. If you arrive early, you will wait in an online waiting room until Sarah is available, just as you would at an in person clinic. You can then engage in coaching or therapy in the comfort of your own private space.


How do I make an appointment?

The Mindful Little Minds Psychology Clinic operates on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9:30am and 3pm AEST and Fridays between 9am and 12pm. If you require an appointment outside of these hours, please send me an email at he***@mi****************.com. While I cannot guarantee an appointment outside of clinic hours, I may be able to accomodate your request.

If you are a new client, your first step is to jump onto a 15 minute intake call with me so we can talk about what’s been happening for you and your family. This allows me to determine if we will be a good fit to work together, and saves us time during our initial appointment. You can book your intake call HERE.


How much will it cost?

Fees are charged in accordance with the national schedule set by the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Parent coaching is not a service on the Medicare Schedule and no rebate is available to you for these appointments. As an offset, Mindful Little Minds offers these appointments at a reduced rate.  If you enrol in my 6 month 1:1 parent coaching program, you will receive a further reduction per session.

  • Initial Parent Coaching Session (90 minutes): A$200
  • Standard Parent Coaching Session (50 minutes): A$180
  • Initial Psychological Assessment: (90 minutes): A$250
  • Standard Psychology Session (50 minutes): A$200

My unique mindful parenting coaching program provides you with personalised support to meet your parenting goals. We will meet fortnightly for a period of 6 months, as I guide you along the Mindful Parenting Pathway – my signature method for breaking generational cycles and creating a calm, connected home. We will focus on managing stress, strengthening connections and building skills so you can restore peace and harmony to your home.




The Little Anxiety Clinic is especially for children aged 6-12 years old who are experiencing anxiety. These sessions are family based (I do not see children alone) and utilise cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) to help children overcome the fears that are holding them back. We will help your child feel confident, happy and in control of their life again.  And, I will show you how to support them every step of the way! These appointments are for Australian residents only.




This 10 week mindful parenting program builds your emotional intelligence as a parent and helps you better understand and support your child with their emotions, so you can take your home from chaos and power struggles to calm and connection. Classes run weekly over Zoom and go for 1.5 hours. Groups are capped at a maximum of 10 families for a more intimate feel and to ensure you receive targeted support that meets the needs of YOUR family.
