YOUR ACCOUNT

Do I need to create an account?

You don’t need an account to purchase from Mindful Little Minds. However, if you do create an account, you’ll be able to view your past orders, access previous purchases, update your details and create a wish list. You’ll also be able to shop quickly next time, as you won’t need to re-enter your details.

To create an account, simply click on ‘My Account’ in the top right corner of the website, enter your details and hit ‘Register’. We’ll send you a brand spanking new password.

I can’t remember my password!

First make sure you’re logged out of your account. ​Then click on ‘Lost your password’. ​You will be prompted to enter your email address and then you will receive an email detailing how to reset your password.

PURCHASING

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via PayPal and Stripe (credit card).

What is your refund policy?

​Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds due to the digital nature of our products. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 24 hours of your purchase to discuss this further.

Can I purchase if I don’t live in Australia?

Yes! Prices are listed in Australian dollars, but you will see the price in your local currency thanks to our nifty currency converter. If you are not seeing the price in your own currency, you can change it using the drop down menu in the right hand side bar.

Do you sell hard copies of your products?

No, at this stage all of our products are digital in nature. This allows us to reach many more families than we ​could if we were selling hard copies of resources.

Can I share your products with my colleagues?

​While we love that you’d like to share, it is against the Terms of Use to email or redistribute products purchased from Mindful Little Minds. Each resource is for single classroom or personal use only. You will be breaking copyright laws if you share the resources you have purchased. This includes but is not limited to emailing files, uploading to shared drives and sharing logins. If your ​colleague or friend ​wants a copy, you can forward the link to the product in ​the store ​so they can purchase a single use license for themselves.

DOWNLOADING

How do I download my products?

After your purchase is completed, you will receive an email with your download links inside. Sometimes these emails go to spam or promotions folders, so be sure to do a quick search of your emails if you don’t see it in your inbox. The subject line of your email will read: “Your Mindful Little Minds order is now complete.”

You can also log into your account to access and download all of your previously purchased items. Just click on ‘Downloads’ in the menu bar on the left hand side of the page.

Can I access my downloads later?

Yes! You can access your downloads at any time in the future by logging into your account, or by clicking the link in your confirmation email. You will have access to your downloads for as long as I continue selling the item in the shop. You will also automatically have access to any updates I make to the product in the future. However, I do sometimes discontinue items, so I do recommend you download your resource and save a copy to your computer or USB, just in case!

I am having trouble downloading my resource on my phone or tablet

Your download files are quite large, and some are zipped. I therefore recommend you download to a PC or laptop that can handle the larger file sizes, rather than a phone or tablet. You will need to have a program on your computer that allows you to view and download PDF files and to unzip zipped files.

PRINTING

My printing company won’t let me print the resource!

Sometimes printing companies won’t print a document if you don’t own the copyright yourself. You can provide them with your receipt or invoice as proof of purchase. Alternatively, you can download a Print Release Form here.
